It's me again! I guess I've had writer's block. I think I still have it but I'm writing anyway. I was perusing Classmates.com and found another classmate. Mike Mullen. Welcome to our list Mike. Mike is the Director, Center for Environmental Research and Service (CERS) at Troy State in Troy, AL. I remember at either the 10 or 20 when Mike was there that he was doing something with Greenpeace. Did you ever get out on one of those boats and stop a Whaling ship Mike? We missed you at the 30th year reunion. Were you on Classmates.com back last summer? I haven't visited there in quite a while. There are 201 BHS graduates on that site now. When I got on there were 5. Is this Internet thing growing or what? BTW Mike our 1969 BHS Class of 69 website is http://www.bhs1969.com We got our first snow in 12 years here last week. It was pretty for about an hour and then I was tired of it. Didn't have any little kids to build a snowman with. Went to the Doctor yesterday for my 49,000 mile checkup (although I won't be 49 till April 13th, right Steve H. & Linda V?). Told me to quit smoking, again. Got a lot a pains as I guess we all do these days but I had a nagging one in my hip so he is sending me to have my pipes checked next week (something called an Arterial Doppler) to see if I still have good blood flow. I did escape the Prostrate check but he warned me; next year! Well I'm starting to sound like my mother complaining about my aches and pains. I'm not ready to shoot myself just yet. I decided to go to the doctor because it was becoming painful to walk from my ball to the golf cart. Let's see, classmates I've heard from lately. Patsy send a great joke: A man and his wife went to bed one night and the man was getting very frisky and asked his wife if she was in the mood. His wife answered "not tonight dear I have a headache", the man replied "is that your final answer"? she said "yes" and the man said "ok , then I'd like to phone a friend". Said she would try to get in touch with Becky Ford while she was there. Did you goils get together?? I saw Linda Creech-Moser traded in her Camaro (I drive by there every day). But for a Firebird! It's really pretty, Black with red trim. Go Linda! MSS (Martha Sue Newsom-Smith for newcomers) told me Marilyn Elumbaugh-Brewer sent $20 for our website upkeep. Thanks Marilyn. I may be headed to school again. This time to Fairfax, VA. I don't know anybody there and probably would be disappointed after being hosted by Patsy and Nancy.
