Mary Weaver   Published on 12/31/2004 Mary Karen Weaver, 53, of Batesville died Thursday, Dec. 30, 2004, in a Batesville hospital. Born Dec. 10, 1951, in Batesville, she was the daughter of R.J. "Coonie" and Lela Lee Crutchfield Wright. She was the secretary for Central Elementary School in Batesville and a former employee of International Shoe factory in Batesville. She was an active member of Concord Missionary Baptist Church in Concord. Survivors include her husband, Thomas Kendall Weaver; a son, Brandon Jason Weaver of Batesville; her parents of Batesville; a stepbrother, Richard Joseph Wright of Victoria, Texas; a stepsister, Joyce Mary Maynard of Victoria; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Neal and Essie Crutchfield and Oscar and Lena Wright. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Ramsey Heights Baptist Church in Batesville with Carley Davis and Jim Swinea officiating. Burial will be in Blue Springs Cemetery in Newark under the direction of Qualls Batesville Funeral Service. Pallbearers will be Robbee Brown, Ryan Brown, Casey Weaver, Josh Swinea, Kenny Wild, Kevin Smith and Randy Coldwell. Honorary pallbearers are Dr. James Harbin and staff, Jack Sanders and Terry Whaley. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 tonight.
